You'll join a small, fully remote design team spread across time zones and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth. You'll improve the dashboard our users rely on every day, from forming a company to managing bookkeeping, taxes, and complex financial workflows, and help shape what doola builds next. Your job is to make those experiences feel simple, clear, and even delightful. We design with AI as part of our everyday toolkit, from research synthesis and rapid prototyping to evolving our design system alongside engineering.
