In this role, you will own product marketing for Genie, Databricks agentic AI products for business productivity. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will lead messaging and content development for cross-channel marketing strategies targeting business and technical buyers as well as business users. You will partner closely with product, sales, partner, and marketing teams to increase awareness, support new launches, and drive adoption of Genie. Ideal candidates will have a proven record in product marketing and experience working on technical products. You would have a strong understanding of Data & AI platform offerings, have worked on creating messaging and positioning of technical products targeted at the enterprise market, and can build strong working relationships with stakeholders to deliver joint messaging and GTM plans. The impact you will have: Establish Genie as a leading agentic AI solution for business productivity by driving awareness and adoption across priority customer segments. Launch and iterate messaging and campaigns that increase engagement and conversion among business users, business decision makers, and IT leaders. Elevate Databricks’ AI narrative at flagship events and in always-on campaigns, resulting in increased share of voice and Genie pipeline. Improve sales readiness and productivity by delivering enablement programs and content that achieve high CSAT with field teams and are consistently used in strategic opportunities. Build a strong portfolio of customer stories and proof points that demonstrate measurable Genie impact on business outcomes and are actively leveraged across sales, marketing, and partner motions. What we look for: 5+ years of product marketing experience at an enterprise software company. Experience marketing Data & AI, analytics, or AI-powered products, with a strong understanding of the AI market and technologies. Proven track record creating messaging and content for both technical and business personas that drives engagement and pipeline. Experience partnering closely with sales teams and partner teams to build and execute GTM and enablement programs. Sufficient technical fluency to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, outcome-focused narratives for enterprise customers. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
